In order to identify the gaps in human resources, we conduct a thorough assessment of the governmental institutions’ current E-Government manpower needs and capacity. We also provide recommendations for long-term strategies and policies for the development of human resources and design programs to put the suggested strategies into action. In light of the planned E-Government transformation, the organizational structure and procedures of public sector institutions are critically and thoroughly evaluated to determine the need for reform. Services are offered for reorganizing and maximizing the institutional capacity of governmental agencies to ensure their efficient operation.

We offer our services in the creation and execution of institutional and regulatory frameworks, policies, and strategies that support ICT, as well as their integration into the overarching plan for the country’s social and economic development.

We also focus on the creation and implementation of ICT strategies and policies tailored to specific industries, such as health, education, and the environment. We provide advisory services on e-governance and the creation of a framework for e-government policies, strategies, and implementation. We work with our partners on the development of e-government systems architecture; strategic planning for information integration; e-service planning; information security strategies; and knowledge and content management.
